I. Personal Data
We publish this document to explain the reasons why we collect and process personal data as part of our business activities:
These are all pieces of information that allow an individual to be distinguished from others without significant effort. They may pertain directly to that individual (such as name, identification number, or sometimes even an email address or online account) or indirectly describe them. For example, they may concern their characteristics, health condition, beliefs, place of residence, habits, race, or religion.
We process data provided to us by our Clients, Contractors, and Employees in connection with the use of our services, cooperation with us, or employment.
Processing includes all activities we can perform with personal data – both active ones, such as collecting, retrieving, recording, combining, modifying, or sharing, and passive ones, such as storing, restricting, deleting, or destroying.
The administrator of your data is Wycena Nieruchomości Patrycja Cyganek, ul. Iwana Franki 13A, 51-348 Wrocław, NIP 8871656305.
All processing of your data must be based on an appropriate legal basis compliant with current regulations. This basis can be your consent to data processing or other legal provisions included in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as “GDPR”) or in various national laws such as acts or regulations.
We may process your data for various purposes, for example:
In compliance with applicable law, we may share your data with entities that process it on our behalf, such as: postal operators, accounting firms, IT service providers, or other subcontractors mentioned in the agreement you have with us. We are also required to share your data with entities authorized by law (e.g., courts or law enforcement agencies). However, this will only occur if such entities formally request it, providing a legal basis that allows them to do so.
We do not anticipate transferring your data to third countries or international organizations, meaning areas outside the European Union’s economic zone. Within the EU, thanks to GDPR, your data is protected under identical standards in all member countries. You can access the GDPR text at:
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/PL/TXT/?uri=OJ:L:2016:119:TOC
We place great importance on minimizing the scope of data collected and the time it is processed. To this end, we systematically review both physical and electronic documents, removing unnecessary ones whose usefulness has expired. Note that the duration of data processing may be determined by specific laws, independent of us, that may require us to retain your data regardless of your preferences. Examples include labor law, social security law, or accounting regulations.
If you have used our services personally and we entered into a contract, under accounting regulations, we will retain your data in financial and accounting documentation for 5 calendar years, starting from the date of purchase or contract conclusion.
If we wish to use your data for a purpose other than the one for which it was collected, you will always be informed and given the opportunity to object.
If we process your personal data, you always have the right to:
All these rights are detailed in Articles 15 to 21 of GDPR, which you can access at:
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/PL/TXT/?uri=OJ:L:2016:119:TOC
You may also withdraw your consent for data processing. In such cases, we will promptly delete your personal data unless we are legally required to continue processing it. For example, if you request the deletion of your email address upon unsubscribing from our newsletter, we will promptly remove it from the mailing list.
If you believe that we have violated your rights or failed to ensure the security of your personal data—which we strive to avoid—you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, currently the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
We do not make any decisions based solely on automated processing of your data, nor do we engage in profiling.
To ensure the security of your data, we employ legally required organizational and technical measures. Our premises are equipped with necessary physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the data. Our employees are authorized and may process data only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of their job duties.
Our website does not monitor or verify the age of users, message senders, or recipients. Contact information provided by visitors (such as phone numbers and email addresses) is used to fulfill orders or send information about our company.
Minors should not provide any information, place orders, or subscribe to services provided by our company without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We will require such consent in every case where we obtain knowledge that a user is a minor (“child”) under the applicable national data protection laws.
